Three services are offered every Sunday, including summertime.
Also, please know that children are welcome at all services at St. Andrew's.
This celebration of the Holy Eucharist is a quiet, spoken service that draws on Rite I of the Book of Common Prayer.
This service is particularly appropriate for children, and we hope that those of you with children will find this to be a very special family time. The service is Rite II and a separate notebook contains the music and liturgy. Parents are encouraged to help their children follow the service and to participate in singing the lively hymns and service music. The music is led by the Spirit & Chancel Choir, accompanied by guitarists, keyboard and percussion.
A Children's Sermon is sometimes offered. Children are invited to come up to the front of the church and be seated near the altar. These sermons are always very interactive, and both children and adults enjoy them. Because of the number of children who participate in this service, there may be more of a "joyful noise" than at others. We celebrate the sounds of all of God's children! Come join us and "Catch the Spirit!"
In this service we celebrate Holy Eucharist in a traditional-style liturgy that features our magnificent pipe organ with antiphonal division and hymns from the 1982 Hymnal. The service is Rite II.
St. Andrew's also offers a celebration of the Holy Eucharist and healing service on Wednesday mornings at 10:00 a.m.
Reading of prayer from 1928 Book of Common Prayer "In time of great sickness and mortality" and playing of Taize song "Ubi Caritas"
