St. Andrew's is the Place for Teens...

We enjoy hanging out together as we do community service projects, learn about Christian spirituality, and get to know each other better. Our group is a wonderful way for teens at St. Andrew's to get together with others their age in a safe and fun environment. It's also a great place to continue growing in faith, and to explore our own questions about God and the church. (No question is "dumb" here, and all challenges to faith are met and welcomed.)

Some of the typical things we enjoy together include going to a movie, cooking dinner for the residents at Ronald McDonald House followed by a trip to Pepe's Pizza, Christmas caroling at a nursing home, having a visit from two therapy dogs who visit the elderly, duckpin bowling, making a set of Stations of the Cross, and just spending time together playing games or hanging out. Young and older teens, come and join us!

The Middle School Youth Group is for teens or tweens in the sixth, seventh, and eighth grades. The High School Youth Group includes teens in grades 9 through 12. The groups meet at the same time but split for various activities. The Youth Groups usually meet every other Sunday afternoon during the school year.
